🎹 Payment for piano tuning is due at time of service. We accept contactless card, bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Students currently enrolled at L. Garvin Piano receive 10% off piano tunings.
🎹 Introductory piano lessons are reserved with a Square payment link, sent to the contact details you submit via the website enquiry form.
🎹 Following an introductory lesson, lessons are invoiced in advance in blocks of 3-4 sessions, based on the duration of each half term. Our schedule aligns with the school calendar, offering a total of 39 lessons annually, with an optional block of summer lessons during the six-week holiday period.
🎹 Payment is made on a monthly basis, and invoices are emailed automatically with a two-week reminder prior to payment due dates.
🎹 No refunds will be provided for pre-paid lessons. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your availability for practice and attendance before committing to this arrangement.
🎹 You are encouraged to attend all lessons for which you have paid.
🎹 Refunds for missed lessons will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or family bereavement.
🎹 Excessive missed or cancelled lessons may result in a break being suggested to ensure fairness to other students waiting for lesson slots.
🎹 In the event that a lesson is missed due to the teacher's fault, we will reschedule it promptly.
🎹 The teacher maintains the right to discontinue lessons at any point.
